Yes, initial tracing is 100% free and carries no obligation. You only choose to proceed once you know what might be recovered.
What are your fees?
A one-time fixed fee (quoted upfront), and
A 10% contingency fee (no recovery, no payment)
How long does the process take?
It depends on the complexity, but initial tracing usually takes 3–7 business days. Full recovery may take a few weeks to a few months.
What do I need to provide?
Usually just your name, ID number (or deceased’s), and any known share/investment info. We’ll guide you through everything.
Is this secure and confidential?
Yes. All investigations are private, and we follow South African data privacy regulations strictly.
