Fees:
Initial search is free and obligation-free.
A fixed fee and/or a 10% contingency fee on any recovered assets will be clearly communicated in writing before proceeding.
Third-party costs (e.g., broker fees, legal certification) are not included and will be outlined separately if applicable.
No Guarantees:
While we use advanced research methods and official registries, we cannot guarantee results in every case. Our contingency fee model ensures you only pay when we find assets (if that model is chosen).
Regulatory Compliance
We are fully committed to operating within all relevant legal frameworks, including:
FICA – All clients must comply with identity verification (ID + proof of address).
FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) – We adhere to ethical standards and financial service regulations.
POPIA – Personal data is handled securely and transparently.
If legal assistance is required (e.g., for deceased estates), we may collaborate with independent attorneys or notaries, with your consent.
